Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Handmade and made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product or in your order confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States and to many international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

3. Delivery Estimates

• Domestic (US): approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, or weather.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number where available so you can follow its journey.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
